We may process your data for the following purposes:
  • FOR OUR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS. We may have to process some data about you to fulfil our legal obligations and other obligations arising from instructions received from authorities.
  • TO CREATE A LE CREUSET ACCOUNT. We will use your data to create a Le Creuset account which will give you access to a series of advantages dedicated to registered users, to better enjoy our services, such as faster checkout, save multiple shipping addresses, view and track orders, receive special coupons and discounts. If you do not provide us with your personal information we may not be able to provide these services to you as a Le Creuset account holder.
  • TO MANAGE YOUR ORDERS, AND PROVIDE OUR PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND ASSISTANCE TO YOU AND YOUR PARTICIPATION IN CONTESTS.   • WHATSAPP FOR BUSINESS. Some of our physical stores use WhatsApp for Business with customers which request so, on their request. Just in order The purpose of the WhatsApp channel is to provide support and send information about our products. This channel is not aimed to perform the sale of our products. Security - Le Creuset will take steps aimed to ensure that your data is kept secure, only used for the purposes set forth in this privacy notice (and not for any other purposes), and it can be accessed or corrected upon your request. We use organisational, technical and administrative security measures to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your personal data. Whilst we cannot guarantee any of these events will never occur, we try to prevent it.
Where- To provide you with the services described above, your data may be processed or stored both in and outside your country of residence and both in and outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Given the global nature of Le Creuset business and programs, some of the affiliated companies and partners of Le Creuset that we may disclose your personal information to may access your personal information and may be established in countries outside your country of residence or in countries outside the EEA.
