- 1 – 2 bottles sparkling wine
- Crème de Cassis liqueur

- 2 x 400g summer berries
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 200g icing sugar, more if you prefer sweeter

1for the sorbet, In a food processor add all the ingredients together and blitz together until well combined.

2Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours, leave to thaw ever so slightly before scooping with a ice cream scoop dipped in hot water.

3Add a scoop or two to Le Creuset Tumblers and top up with champers.

4Add a little cassis to Le Creuset sparkling wine Flutes and wine glasses, pop in a fig or two and top up with chilled champagne.
