Cassis Berry Sorbet Sparkling Wine Floats

  • 1 – 2 bottles sparkling wine
  • Crème de Cassis liqueur
Cheats quick and easy summer Berry sorbet:
  • 2 x 400g summer berries
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 200g icing sugar, more if you prefer sweeter

    for the sorbet, In a food processor add all the ingredients together and blitz together until well combined.

    Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours, leave to thaw ever so slightly before scooping with a ice cream scoop dipped in hot water.

    Add a scoop or two to Le Creuset Tumblers and top up with champers.

    Add a little cassis to Le Creuset sparkling wine Flutes and wine glasses, pop in a fig or two and top up with chilled champagne.
