We may process your data for the following purposes:
- FOR OUR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS. We may have to process some data about you to fulfil our legal obligations and other obligations arising from instructions received from authorities.
- TO CREATE A LE CREUSET ACCOUNT. We will use your data to create a Le Creuset account which will give you access to a series of advantages dedicated to registered users, to better enjoy our services, such as faster checkout, save multiple shipping addresses, view and track orders, receive special coupons and discounts. If you do not provide us with your personal information we may not be able to provide these services to you as a Le Creuset account holder.

- WHATSAPP FOR BUSINESS. Some of our physical stores use WhatsApp for Business with customers which request so, on their request. We use organisational, technical and administrative security measures to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your personal data. Whilst we cannot guarantee any of these events will never occur, we try to prevent it.
Where- To provide you with the services described above, your data may be processed or stored both in and outside your country of residence and both in and outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
