  • 4 slices ciabatta
  • 1x Goats cheese in Grape Vine Ash
  • 1 teaspoon pink peppercorns, crushed
  • extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle

    Place a Le Creuset Signature Square Grillit over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, toast the ciabatta slices on both sides.

    Sread goat's cheese over the warm slices. Sprinkle pink peppercorns over the cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
